Eucharia Anunobi Joins Tinsel

M-Net’s Tinsel has added veteran actress, Eucharia Anunobi to its cast.

Eucharia Anunobi joins Tinsel to play the role of Claudia Ojeme, mother to Jared Ojeme and wife of Japhet Ojeme.

With a number of exits from the show including  popular names as Damilola Adegbite, Chris Attoh, Victor Olaotan and Uti Nwachukwu all written off or leaving the cast at one point or the other, this is healthy to keep the fans of Tinsel glued.

In a related development, the soap introduced Tayo Faniran of the Big Brother Africa fame to its cast. He joined the team on Monday, August 17 to play the role of Soji which was previously played by Gbenro Ajibade.

Before now, Tinsel switched the role of Angela Dede (Matilda Obaseki-Mozia) with actress Theresa Edem.

With Anunobi’s introduction she joins other seasoned actors as Kalu Ikeagwu, Iretiola Doyle and Bimbo Manuel on the set of Tinsel.

Eucharia Anunobi is a Nollywood bigwig. The Owerri indigene holds a degree in English Language from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

She has a rich resume in the industry but is more often remembered by her 1998 appearance in the Nollywood classic – Died Wretched.

Nollywood actress and producer, Rukky Sanda has revealed how she has remained beautiful and sexy in her looks and carriage.

The enviable beauty, who denies enhancing her curvaceous body through surgical operations, admitted contouring her body to look good.

Revealing her secrets to The Punch, the Dark producer said, “The truth is that I’ve never undergone plastic surgery of any kind and I have nothing against it or persons who have given it a shot. I have several fitness regimens and I also contour my body. That way, my body has a svelte outline that many mistake for body enhancement.”

Sanda, who also revealed her love for tattoo and body piercing even though she has taken out some of the piercings over the years, says she needs no artificial enhancement ot keep up with societal expectations.

In her words, ‘Again, I am naturally light-skinned so my beauty regimen involves maintaining my skin tone and complexion. I am confident in my own skin and body. I definitely do not need any artificial enhancement of any sort to keep up with any societal expectations. My beauty and skin routine is pretty straightforward; I use a lot of scrub and visit the spa whenever I find the time to.’
